The podcast I found most useful was found on iTunes podcast center and is titled, Video Math Tutor: Brain Teasers.
I like to try and encourage my students that math problems don't always have obvious, easy answers. Brain Teasers are a great way to have students challenge themselves and think outside of the box. This series of podcasts provides many different Brain Teaser problem, which makes the searching process much easier for teachers. My students in the past have enjoyed looking at problems that don't always directly relate to math, but helps to get their brains in the thinking mode. It will be nice for a sub to have these problems as well.
